Aims and Scope: Current Drug Research Reviews publishes research articles, full-length/mini review articles and clinical studies on the design and development of new drugs, including drug targeting, medicinal chemistry, in-silico drug design, combinatorial chemistry, meta-analyses, drug abuse and addiction, drug-drug interactions and enzyme kinetics; species scaling and extrapolations; drug transporters; target organ toxicity and inter-individual variability in drug exposure-response; extrahepatic metabolism; bio-activation, reactive metabolites, high-throughput screening, drug targets and structure-activity relationships.

The journal aims to cover the latest developments in all important aspects of drug design, delivery, development and research.
