Current Progress in Protein Degradation and Cancer Therapy
Targeted Protein Degradation is gaining momentum in cancer therapy; it facilitates targeting undruggable proteins, overcomes cancer resistance, and avoids undesirable side effects. Thus small molecule degraders have emerged as novel therapeutic strategies.
